Due to hygiene reasons, intimatewear items (including shapewear, bras, and panties) are eligible for exchange only under specific conditions.

Exchange Eligibility

Exchange is accepted if:

• Item is unused and unworn

• Tags and packaging are intact

• Exchange request is made within 3 days of delivery

• Product has a manufacturing defect or wrong size delivered

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Used or washed products

• Items without original packaging

• Discounted or clearance items
